‘Jeannie’ kindly took the time to give us a lovely review about her new Shantung Pastel Blue curtains.
Thanks to a little mis-measure incident with a mis-behaving tape measure Jeannie had cause to speak to the lovely Lauren in our customer services team. Rest assured, it’s quite unusual for tape measures to misbehave and the huge majority of our customers never have contact with our customer service team. (Most of the time orders are placed and received with no fuss or fanfare, obviously we do expect a little whoop of joy when blinds or curtains are hung though!)
Just occasionally things do go a little awry, like they did in Jeannie’s case, and then the customer services team are on hand to swoop into action and sort it all out. Here’s what Jeannie had to say …

To handle the Zola fabric is to swoon! You really do have to feel it to believe it. The crushed velvet is thick, soft and sumptuous while the crushed finish gives a beautiful look that’s full of toning colour.
