tuiss spot :: White Chalk & White Wooden Blind

We love tuiss spotting! That’s where we spot a tuiss blind or curtain in a customer’s home. This one is from the June edition of Your Home magazine and it’s our White Chalk and White wooden blind that’s on show.

In a home office that’s littered with vintage finds the blind looks fantastic and harmonises beautifully with the pastel colour scheme and pale furniture. Here’s a short extract from the article.

To keep as much daylight flooding into the room as possible, while giving the stark window some style, Sarah ordered a white painted wooden slat blind to tie in with the floor and chose one with cotton tapes for a softer look. “I had the blind made to measure by tuiss so it fitted perfectly and only needed me to screw the brackets to the wall – it looks wonderful”.

Here at tuiss it’s actually also on the window sill, courtesy of this gorgeous retro shot of our Bleached Ebony Rich Grain Wooden Blind.

There is no doubt that a Bleached Ebony wooden blind will make a statement wherever it’s hung. This blind is a mixture of darkest nut brown with lighter streaks of caramel running through.

This stunning blind is certainly dramatic, mix it in with a deep accent colour for a bold look or let the Bleached Ebony blind sit all alone in a pale and neutral scheme for a stylish hotel or city look.
