tuiss spot :: Dandelion Clocks Marina roller blind

This ‘tuiss spot’ was in August’s House Beautiful magazine. Tucked away in the corner is our lovely Dandelion Clocks Marina roller blind and it perfectly matches our customer’s light and bright bathroom.

Here’s our take..

We love this cool blue colour-way. The light cream backdrop features dandelion clocks in teal and shades of turquoise toning so well with smoky grey.

Blue is a popular accent colour and we can really see this roller blind in a fresh bathroom, bright kitchen or summery family room.

by tuiss :: Dandelion Clock Design Blinds

Dandelion clocks are a stunning and tasteful addition to a room and we have a lovely new fabric in two fabulous colourways.

Meet Elysium Cranberry and Elysium Duck Egg over at our collection of patterned roman blinds. There’s lots more choice there too with a whole heap of floral designs.

All roman blinds are available with a standard lining or blackout lining as well as a deluxe perfect raise headrail and elegant chrome metal chain. If you’re wondering what that actually means then simply put, you pull on the chain to raise and lower the blind rather than using cords and cleats.

Like a field of dandelion clocks this blind has a lovely carefree vibe and will add instant zing and excitement to your room.

The dandelions are picked out in dark cranberry, chalky grey and zesty lime; a fantastic and vibrant mix against the cream cotton backdrop. This design is very much on trend and looks fabulous at the window.

Wonderful dandelion clocks in smoky tones of grey, gold and duck egg look so stylish and absolutely beautiful here against the warm cream colour of the cotton fabric.

With lovely detail as well delicate flowers within each dandelion this roman blind is a sophisticated and contemporary choice; it will look show stopping at your window.

tuiss Loves :: Pale and Interesting

If there is one thing a tuiss customer loves is ‘pale and interesting’ with maybe a little grey or taupe thrown in for good measure! It follows that tuiss customers should love the Pale and Interesting website as much as we do!

Pale & Interesting is a life-style shopping experience. Inside this site you will find furniture, accessories, jewellery and books all chosen or designed by Atlanta and Dave, inspired by their love of the functional, beautiful and out-of-the-ordinary. Their philosophy is all about mixing it up, teaming old with new, contrasting rough with smooth and pairing femininity with utility. The look is definitely non-prescriptive, a backlash against against accepted ‘good-taste’ and bland mass-production. Here time worn furniture is loved for it’s signs of wear and tear, handcrafted objects adored for their individuality, utilitarian items celebrated for their functionality and personal touches are considered essential to keep your home fresh, lively and relevant to you.

by tuiss :: Samoa Crimson Roman Blind

We’ve just added some new fabrics to our ever popular and stylish Whimsical Roman Blind collection. Personally I’m rather taken with the Samoa Crimson, that bird just looks so happy! Other additions are the equally exotic Caicos Indigo, some beautiful love birds as well as a fantastic red ladybird set amongst lots of bugs and beasties! Here though is my personal favourite …

We can definitely picture this bird strutting along the floor of the Samoan jungle surrounded by unusual flora and steamy air!

The exotic flowers in sangria red, cerise and burnt orange will instantly add tropical flavour to your room along with the flamboyant leaves in olive and jade all set against the white background.

Such a funky blind will add a spectacular note of design to your room, perfect for plainly decorated rooms that need a touch of pizazz.
