We have just added some great new patterned blackout roller blinds to our collection. Each of the blinds brings softness to a room, choose from floral patterns, star bursts or even dancing butterflies. These blinds are perfect for the bedroom helping to give restful sleep and a welcome lie in.

As usual we have some wonderful neutrals, but have added a lovely duck egg to the mix as well as some rich purple tones.

Newbloodart is undiscovered art online. The website features artwork from artists at the start of their career so pieces are reasonably priced from £50, and for bigger pockets, up to £3000.

All artistic medias are featured including photography, drawings, oils, charcoal and sculpture. The great thing about this site is that you can search for art by price, size, media as well as subject. And there are some gorgeous pieces of art too!

This spotty roman blind wears its spots with gay abandon. The eclectic mix of colours will suit a relaxed area of the home where its cheerful and sunny nature will fit right in. If you’ve just had enough of neutrals and want some colourful cheer then the Discus Jazz roman blind is for you!

Discus Jazz is a blind bursting with character. The cream background features circles of pale eau de nil and sky blue, the other circles are darker and include mustard yellow, burnt orange and poppy red. The final spots favour green and brown so we see olive green and darker khaki green and chocolate as well as a darker brown.

Our Colonial blind collection is new and brilliantly innovative. On most blinds there are a series of slots through which the centre cord is threaded, the Colonial blind is ‘slot-free’ with just a small hole at the rear of the blind.

A blind from the Colonial collection is a vote for a simple and streamlined look that lets the beauty of the wooden slats do the talking.

Fantastic privacy

If privacy is important to you then these blinds are just the thing, when the blinds are drawn down there are no visible holes so your privacy is totally secure. The design of the blind will also allow less light in as each cord hole is covered by the neighbouring slat when closed.

Beautiful paulownia timber

The wood used is paulownia timber, a remarkable tree species known for its fine grain and warp resistance. The tree is extraordinarily fast growing and once harvested the tree regenerates from its existing roots system.
