Here at tuiss, we’re devoted to scouring the globe in search of the next big things, beautiful fabrics and perfect designs. Which is why in the depth of winter we popped over to Germany for one of the biggest design shows in the calendar. When we say devoted, we mean devoted.
We went in search of something fresh and exclusive for Spring, and boy did we find it.
Whats the perfect thing for Spring and the year of Greenery? Florals of course! But we’re not talking chintzy, Cath Kidston vibes, no. We’re talking huge blooms, in a gorgeous watercolor style, so good they’re just like that piece of artwork you’ve been looking for.
Available as both roman blinds and roller blinds, these florals make easy work of adding a refreshing touch to your home, and with 5 stunning designs to choose from, the hardest part is deciding which one to dress each room.
If beautiful patterns weren’t enough, these designs are completely exclusive to the tuiss brand and can only be found in the tuiss collection at Blinds 2go. Discover them now!
In the winter, Pantone named Greenery their 2017 colour of the year. And having been in the industry for so long, we know that traditionally green shades aren’t the go to choice for the home. But there are easy ways to inject just a touch of the rejuvenating colour into your home in a fashionable and stylish way.
From a plush sofa to the smallest of nods with some jeweled handles, or even geometric floor tiles, here’s a look how to master the trend…
Greenery is a fairly vibrant shade, but don’t feel that you need to pick this exact colour to get the same fresh effect. Moss and olive shades work well for a muted scheme, with naturally inspired patterns a must. An abundance of real-life plants are even better!
Our Marrakesh Clover fabric is beautifully textured and features a mediterranean inspired pattern, which is perfect for bringing some visual interest into a scheme. The colour is great for teaming with both other muted greens, or smooth neutrals, making it a versatile choice for any room.

When we get the decorating and home decor magazines landing on our desks, one of the first things we do (after checking whether we made it into the pages) is to check out the trends and styles that are set to steal the show.
We like to get to as many interior design shows as we can in search of trends, fabrics and shapes that we can add a little tuiss magic to, so most of the time, we kind of expect it. This month however, we were taken to surprise. And the trend? White! Continue reading

Back in the summer, we headed over to Decorex at Syon Park in London in search of inspiration for the seasons ahead.
Whilst there, we managed to squeeze into Marie Rouillon’s seminar on the big trends of Autumn/Winter 2016. We saw the colours forecast, as well as delving into the world of themes. The one that caught our eye? They call it ‘Ripe’. Continue reading
In December, Pantone announced their colour for 2016 and it was a bit of a surprise to most of us. Not because of the colour they picked, but because they announced not one, but two, making a splendid duo that works ever so well- Rose Quartz and Serenity .
Ok so you’ve decided on your theme. You love the (insert latest trend) look and you’re raring to go. You may have even chosen your colour scheme and even picked your paint (though don’t be hasty on that one, read on to find out why). But where next? How do we get from great idea to beautiful space that you’re ready to show to all and sundry? Continue reading
